Burner - Oilon

SERIE BF 1-BG 450-2

oilon burner

Oilon oil burners are designed and manufactured in accordance with standards EN 267 and EN 298 and gas burners with EN 676.

All oil burners presented in this brochure are suitable for firing light fuel oil. For applications requiring renewable heating oils, please contact us, and we will determine which burner solution is best for you.

Our gas burners are compatible with both natural gas and liquefied petroleum gas. In either case, the structure of the burner will be identical. However, burner adjustments and the gas supply pressure depend on the fuel; for further details, refer to your burner’s operation and maintenance manual.

SERIE 130 - 280

oilon burner- ecowaterlab

Burners in the 130 – 280 series are fully automatic monoblock burners for single- or dual-fuel use. The available fuels are gas, light fuel oil, and heavy fuel oil. The burners feature either two-stage (H) or modulating (M) capacity regulation.

Depending on the automation system and regulation setup, control automation can be integrated into the burner or installed in a separate cabinet. If you need to connect the burner or the burner’s status information to the plant’s remote monitoring system, it is advisable to use the separate automation system option (WDx00). The Low-NOx burners in the series are compliant with class 3 (EN676) requirements.

SERIE 50-90

Burner - Oilon

Burners in the 50 – 90 series are fully automatic monoblock burners for light fuel oil, gas, or both. The burners feature two-stage capacity regulation (H). Gas burners can be delivered with modulating (M) regulation. Control automation is integrated into the burner. In modulating burners, the fuel-to-air ratio is controlled electronically.

SERIE STREAM 350-450

oilon burner 350-450

Stream series burners have a particularly low noise level. The burner automation system is integrated into the burner to facilitate installation, use, and maintenance. If desired, the burner can be supplied with the automation system installed in a separate cabinet (WDx00). Thanks to electronic fuel and air ratio control, the burners are reliable and have a high energy efficiency. The Low-NOx burners in the series are compliant with class 3 (EN676) requirements.

SERIE 300-700

Burner - Oilon

Burners in the 300 – 700 series are fully automatic monoblock burners for single- or dual-fuel use. The available fuels are gas, light fuel oil, and heavy fuel oil. All models feature modulating capacity regulation (M). Control automation is either integrated into the burner or installed in a separate control cabinet (WDx00 burners). The Low-NOx burners in the series are compliant with class 3 (EN676) or class 4 (FprEN676) requirements.

SERIE MONOX 1000-1200

Burner - Oilon

Burners in the Monox 1000/1200 series are fully automatic modulating (M) light fuel oil, gas, or dual fuel monoblock burners. They are equipped with an electronic capacity controller (WiseDrive WDx00). Their NOx emissions in gas combustion are < 120 mg/Nm3 (class 2). The Low-NOx burners in the series meet class 3 (EN676) requirements. All models have a separate control unit, provided as an optional accessory.

SERIE 400-2000 ME

oilon burner 400-2000 ME

Burners in the 400 – 2000 ME series are fully automatic light fuel oil, heavy fuel oil, gas, or dual fuel burners. All models feature modulating capacity regulation (M). The product family includes models that are suitable for use with preheated combustion air (max. +250 °C). All models have a separate control cabinet, a booster unit, and a combustion air fan, each provided as an accessory.

SERIE ACE

Burner - Oilon

Oilon ACE represents the latest in low-emission technology. Typical NOx emissions are lower than 60 mg/Nm3 (ref. 3% O2). With external flue gas recirculation (FGR), the burners reach an emission level below 30 mg/Nm3. Thanks to efficient combustion, CO emissions remain low. Oilon ACE burners are primarily used in water tube and fire tube boilers, but they are also well suited for a variety of other applications.

SERIE K

oilon burner serie K

K burners are the right choice for many demanding industrial processes, such as hazardous waste incineration. Thanks to tangential combustion air feeding and optimized air registers, the flame remains very stable even in case of large fluctuations in furnace pressure or other process conditions. The burner has a robust construction, ensuring high availability in extreme conditions.

SERIE LANCE

Burner - Oilon

Lance burners are optimal for use as start-up and support burners in fluidized bed boilers and grate boilers, but they can also be utilized in a wide variety of other applications. The critical parts of the burner can be protected by retracting them out of the furnace when the burner is on standby. Lance burners are designed and constructed to tolerate demanding furnace conditions, such as the abrasive sand in fluidized bed boilers, ash, and other particles.

SERIE LITEX

Burner - Oilon

Litex burners have a wind box that combines unique design with optimal combustion air flow. The burners are light and compact for their capacity level. By standard, the burners come with a masoned combustion head; steel combustion heads are offered as an alternative. The Litex series is primarily intended for use in water and fire tube boilers.

serie s

oilon burner- ecowaterlab

S burners are typically used in water tube and fire tube boilers, but they can also be used in other boiler types. They are compatible with many special fuels and well-suited for process industry applications. Thanks to extensive flame adjustment options, the burner’s flame geometry can be optimized for various furnace dimensions.

OILON PLUS

oilon burner- ecowaterlab

With the Oilon Plus filter and deaerator unit, only a single hose is required between the oil tank and the burner, making for a more environmentally friendly system. The unit reduces wear and tear and protects the burner from faults caused by impurities in the oil (from the oil tank, the hose or the oil itself), reducing the need for cleaning and maintenance.

There are two models available

  • Oilon Plus for 10 – 350 kW burners, and
  • Oilon DoublePlus for 200 – 1,300 kW burners

An Oilon Plus single-hose system is a neat and elegant solution that not only filters the oil effectively but also removes any gas bubbles in the stream. A major benefit of a single-hose system is that there is no risk of oil leaks caused by a break in the return line.

The Oilon Plus single-hose system is intended for single family homes and other small buildings (with a burner capacity less than 300 kW).
